New Story Accepted!

Coming soon - my short horror story "Infection" will appear in the "Teeming Terrors" anthology published by KnightWatch Press and edited by Christine Morgan. This book is about infestations and swarms and the like. My story is a creepy and icky thing based on my husband's recent stay in a hospital. It's also a bit on the unusual side. Keep an eye here for updates regarding publication and where you may buy the book.

I'm Going To Anthocon!

I'm going to be at Anthocon in Portsmouth, NH November 8 - 10. My husband is coming with me. I hope to snag a reading. I'd like to participate in panels, but I doubt I can at this late date. I hope to read from my horror short stories "The Oily", "Trailer Trash Zombies", and "We're All Mad Here". I may also read from my WIP thriller/family saga "Secrets and Lies" if I have time.

Anyone reading going to Anthocon who wants to meet for coffee or a meal or something? I'm meeting with Charles Day of Evil Jester Press for some chit-chat, since he'll be there. This looks to be much fun!

Coming Soon!

"We're All Mad Here" - to be published in "Zippered Flesh 2". This one is about body modification gone wrong. My story is specifically about a crazy cat lady and plastic surgery.

"Trailer Trash Zombies" - to be published in "Midnight Movie Creature Feature 2". I had a blast writing this one. It's a horror comedy. With a title like that, do you expect anything less?

Update On "Shattering The Meat Tunnel"

I have some good news. The publisher who was originally slated to publish my erotic horror story "Shattering The Meat Tunnel" was under fire by Paypal's censorship nonsense and the entire "Extreme" line has been cancelled. So I asked for my rights back and got them.

I immediately sent the story to Trent Zelazny and now it will appear where I wanted it to appear in the first place: in the "A Splintered Mirage" anthology.

I'm so psyched about this. I wrote the story for Trent to begin with but he temporarily shelved the project. Now my story is home where it belongs. Doing the happy dance!
